Smoked Blueberry Peach Cobbler

🫐🍑 Smoked Blueberry Peach Cobble
Ingredients
- 2 cups peaches (fresh or canned, sliced)
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1–2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup sugar (for batter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 350°F.
- Place butter in a cast iron skillet or Dutch oven and let it melt.
- In a bowl, mix peaches, blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
- In another bowl, mix flour, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour batter into the skillet over melted butter (do not stir).
- Spoon fruit mixture evenly over the top (do not stir).
- Smoke for about 1 hour, until golden brown and set.
